Renting
The villa can be rented from January 1st till December 31st.
We offer you three arrangements:
- Rental of the villa per week (4 to 10 people)
- Bed & Breakfast per room (blue and green room) per person per night
- Golf Package based on Bed & Breakfast for 4 persons per week (possibly 6 persons, contact the owner)
- Rental rates per week (Saturday / Saturday)
- The rental period starts on Saturday at 14:00 p.m.
- And ends on Saturday at 11.00 a.m.
Payment:
When renting the villa a deposit of € 250,- will be charged. Half of the rent is to be transferred within 2 weeks after signing the contract, the remaining amount + € 250,- deposit is to be paid at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the rental. Both payments are made into an international bank account specified in the contract.
When renting a room (B&B) half of the rent is to be transferred within two weeks before the renting period on the bankaccount stated in the contract.
